Exchange Policy

At every step of your shopping journey with us, we aim to ensure a hassle-free and satisfying experience. However, if you want to exchange, we’ve simplified the process for you. You can exchange products within 14 days after receiving your order under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions for Exchange

A Product Is Eligible for Exchange If

• If you want to change your product's color and size, we will be glad to proceed with this to make you fully satisfied with our services.
• If there are any defects, damage, or color fading then you can easily return it to us.
• The goods have their original tags and price labels still attached and are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Unfortunately, We Cannot Process Your Exchange Request If

• The exchange request is made after the specified 14-day timeframe.  
• The product has been damaged due to use, mishandling, or tampering.  
• The package is incomplete, missing price tags, labels, original packaging, or the order invoice.  
• Any extra fabric or embellishment used during photoshoots is not provided with the product unless explicitly mentioned on our website. Such claims for exchange will not be considered valid.

Change of Mind Policy

If you have changed your mind about the color or size of the product you have received, we are happy to offer an exchange to better suit your preferences. Please note that the cost of shipping for exchange will be your responsibility.

Refund Policy

We endeavor to go above and beyond to meet your needs if you wish to return our product. However, please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total payment may apply.
